Job Overview In this role you will serve as the HR Generalist/HRIS and Payroll Specialist providing HR expertise and guidance in the areas of HRIS and Payroll. You will also be responsible for supporting all HR systems with a primary focus on managing configuration, data entry and auditing of data in the Human Capital Management System (Workday) as well as time and attendance and payroll. This position utilizes project management methodology to assist with and/or manage projects as well as perform daily operations and support and analysis of all data, including but not limited to employee headcount, compensation, benefits, and payroll. This position reports into the Global Division HR Leader for EL Power Conversion (ELPC). Responsibilities
