Project Coordinator, Employee Engagement - Human Resources - Full Time 8 Hour Days (Non-Exempt) (Non-Union)
Provides a wide range of operational support for the Organizational Effectiveness Team for the Health System. This position coordinates various employee programs including new employee onboarding and orientation, and special events and projects. Assists in the administration and coordination of a variety of functions including planning, organizing, implementing, research, and delivery of services. Possesses the flexibility to manage difficult situations and all levels of staff, leaders and physicians. Ability to perform and multitask effectively in a high volume and fast paced environment.Â Minimum Education: â¢High School Diploma or equivalent. Bachelorâs degree preferred. Minimum Experience/Knowledge:â¢Three (3) to five (5) years experience preferred.
