In conjunction with the Senior Manager of the Service Center, manage a team of HR staff focused on providing timely, accurate and responsive services to faculty and staff on matters of onboarding, benefits enrollment and administration, leaves (LTD, PFML, FMLA, etc.) employment verification, unemployment, employee records, and general HR policy information. Oversees case and knowledge management system (Dovetail) to ensure integrity of data and optimal staff services. The position reports to the Senior Human Resources Service Center Manager.
