The HR Operations Analyst will be an important member of the HR Systems team and have daily exposure to HR data, applications and reporting tools. While working within HR and HR Systems the Operations Analyst will have exposure to many administrative departments and schools within the University. As for key responsibilities, the HR Operations Analyst position will:Resolve or triage SAP, and related HR system, user incident tickets through Service Now. This will include resolution of system errors, org or employee/personnel data updates, user training or system usage advice, data requests and system security updates and resolution of employee UID/username issues.Work with the HR Service Center to understand
