Boston University is looking for a compensation analyst to assist in the development and administration of the University's compensation programs. Provide day-to-day compensation administration to support schools, units, and departments.Assists departments with reviewing and updating position descriptions; perform market analyses and provide reports and data for compensation-related decisions.Review positions to ensure internal and external equity and FLSA compliance.Conduct and participate in multiple University and General Industry compensation market surveys.
