Reporting to the Director, Talent Acquisition, the HR Systems and Position Control Administrator optimizes position management systems and aligns processes across UCSF. Identifies business needs, assesses the impact of system or process changes, consults with HR leadership, and provides solutions to optimize/leverage current technology. The incumbent is the systems administrator maintaining BrassRing ATS configurations and data integrity to improve user experience. The role will also be responsible for maintaining Health HR's Position Management within PeopleSoft. This position will require collaboration with HR teams across UCSF Health and Campus, HRIS, IT, Health staff and leaders, and external vendors (e.g. IBM Kenexa, Certiphi, etc.).
