Human Resources Operations and Compliance Specialist
Arcosa, Inc. seeks a Human Resources Operations and Compliance Specialist to support and contribute to the delivery of HR initiatives for the corporate office and across the enterprise. Reporting to the Director of Corporate Human Resources, the Operations and Compliance Specialist will provide a broad range of support to the Arcosa HR function to ensure regulatory compliance and obligations are met. Areas of oversight include but may not be limited to pre-hire criminal background adjudication, DOT compliance, drug screening (pre- and post- employment), and I-9/ E-Verify.
