Recruitment Coordinator - Human Resources - Full Time 8 Hour Days (Non-Exempt) (Non-Union)
The HR Recruitment Coordinator supports the recruitment and onboarding process for new hires and transfers. The recruitment coordinator assists with meeting with new hires, employees and contractors regarding paperwork completion, file preparation, and badging. Assists with entering information into HR related systems. He/she works collaboratively with members of the HR team as well as other departments to ensure proper onboarding. This person may also assist with tracking and posting of jobs and other projects and duties as assigned to support the HR/Recruitment team.Â Â Â Â Â Minimum Education:â¢High School diploma or GED required.â¢Bachelorâs degree preferred.Minimum Experience/Knowledge:â¢One year of Human Resources and/or administrative suppo
