The Human Resources Generalist will impact the future of medicine and healthcare delivery by cultivating a culture of innovation and excellence across a broad range of areas in the talent management lifecycle. Reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer, the Human Resources Generalist will support the University mission and strategic plan by providing consultation and advice on HR policies, procedures, and best practice programs, including but not limited to onboarding, employee engagement and retention, compensation, benefits, employee relations, HRIS reporting, data analytics, employee wellbeing, hybrid workforce, diversity and inclusion, talent management and performance, and project management processes.
