HR Business Partner / Compensation - Benefits Analyst
Summary Responsible for reviewing the development, implementation, communication, and administration of Boston Symphony Orchestra’s compensation for staff and benefit plans for staff, orchestra members and retirees. Plays an important role in reviewing and designing a compensation program for staff members. Ensures total compensation program aligns with objectives of the BSO and adheres to current federal and state regulations. RESPONSIBILITIES: Prepares and maintains job descriptions for each position in theorganization; ensures descriptions accurately reflect the work beingperformed by incumbents.
