Employee Relations Manager Reporting directly to the Director of Employee Relations, the Employee Relations Manager is a hands-on generalist with an interest and knowledge of the various facets of human resources. This position requires an HR leader that is intellectually curious, process-oriented, strategic-minded and can demonstrate expertise in emerging HR trends. This position serves as a forceful champion for services that promote an environment of engagement, respect, and accountability with respect to both management and employees.
