Role Purpose: The HR Services Specialist is an essential role of our centralized HR Services department which provides transactional and administrative HR support to employees and managers in Belgium, Netherlands and France. This position is the primary contact for our local organizations (including our European Headquarter) for all administrative questions and will play an important part in the implementation of our new Human Resources Management System (HRMS). Strong computer skills (working with several HR IT systems), process orientation as well as a focus on customer service are essential for this position. Key Accountabilities:
