Position Details:Reporting to the Director Employee Engagement, the Program Assistant is part of an office support team that provides confidential program and administrative assistance to the HR units as assigned. Provide administrative support to various HR functions including the front office, employment, employee relations, benefits, compensation, HRIS, professional development, and on projects such as budget, research, committee, and policy-related activities. Assist employees and supervisors with HR procedures and routine system user issues and transactions throughout the employee life cycle.Required qualifications include: Associate or higher degree, plus 3-5 years of relevant experience.
