Pay Grade: 31E Context of the job: The Human Resources (HR) Manager will provide direction in all areas of general human resources, interacting with a diverse group of individuals in an active, fast-paced, and challenging environment within the Office of Development and Alumni Relations (DAR). The HR Manager will be responsible for helping to guide our talent management program throughout the department and providing analytical support to DAR leadership.
