Under the supervision of the Superintendent, the Executive Director of Human Resources serves as a member of the Superintendent’s Cabinet and is responsible for providing strategic leadership, management and direction of the human resources functions, including but not limited to recruitment, selection, and retention; employee recognition; classification and compensation; employee training; licensure, medical leave benefits administration; security and safety programs; employee records; employee relations; HRIS management; onboarding/orientation/exiting and best practices in human resource management (HRM).
