Drew University is seeking an Assistant Director of Human Resources. This position works closely with the Director of Human Resources in developing, implementing, and evaluating ongoing HR policies, programs, functions, and activities. The primary focus of this position is to manage the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources Department and to ensure that the university is in full compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
