HR Manager
Visitation School is seeking a full-time Human Resources Manager who will work in close collaboration with the Chief Financial Officer to oversee human resources functions. This position serves as both a strategic and hands-on HR partner, supporting the full employee lifecycle while upholding and advancing the school’s mission and values. Key responsibilities include recruiting and onboarding faculty and staff, administering payroll and benefits programs, managing compensation, supporting employee relations and performance management, and ensuring compliance with employment laws, regulations, and school policies.
