The Human Resources Generalist provides comprehensive support across various HR functions, with a primary focus on managing leave and accommodation programs such as FMLA, ADA, Short-Term and Long-Term Disability (STD/LTD), Workers’ Compensation, and incident reporting. This role also contributes to Title IX compliance and employee relations, including conducting investigations and promoting a positive workplace culture.
