DescriptionSummary:Leave Management Specialist II: Under the direction of the Leave Management Manager/Director of HR Operations, the Leave Management Specialist II serves as a specialist position within the leave team and acts as a disability/leave liaison between CHRISTUS Associates, including Management, Human Resources, and the third-party administrator. Maintains documents, facilitates administrative processes and procedures, and provides education where necessary to ensure adherence to established leave benefit plans, company policies, procedures, and applicable state and federal laws related to leave.
