Position Summary:The HR Operations & Benefits Coordinator, CHPA (Children's Hospital Pediatric Associates) is a critical position that aids in the daily functions of the Foundation's HR Department. Key responsibilities encompass administering foundation benefits, managing onboarding processes, maintaining employee records, ensuring accurate and prompt processing of monthly billing, supporting payroll operations, supporting leave of absence workflows, and handling complex HRIS entries.This is a hybrid position required to work onsite 3 days/week.
