Under the general direction of the Vice President, Human Resources, the Director provides leadership and oversight to the department on HRIS, data delivery, integrations, as well as project management and change management initiatives. They lead a team to develop and execute HR analytics strategies, and ensure data quality and integrity. This position functions as a consultant and thought partner for other HR leaders to maximize process efficiency. This role requires a strong understanding of HR practices, systems, data analysis and delivery techniques across multiple systems, and the ability to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.
