The HR Strategic Initiatives Program manager is responsible for collaborating with the VP, Strategic Initiatives and HR Business Partners and other key stakeholders to partner in developing a plan to activate all pillars of UCSF's People Strategy. This role will bring organization development expertise to the strategic development and activation plan for each People Strategy pillar by developing and implementing organizational development strategies that will lead to programs that shape leadership culture and help UCSF meet its future challenges and opportunities.
