Human Resource Analyst II
Final Filing Date: Tuesday, November 12, 2024 @ 5:30pm   The City of Stockton is currently seeking a skilled and dynamic Human Resources Analyst II to join our Staff Development team and play a key role in developing our workforce through effective training programs. The Human Resources Analyst II will design, implement, and deliver HR-related training modules to ensure that employees and management are well-equipped with knowledge on company policies, HR processes, soft skills, and best practices. This individual will also evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and suggest improvements to enhance learning outcomes. This incumbent will implement City programs including internship programs, bilingual testing, tuition reimbursement, and exit interviews.
