Director, HR Data and Analytics
Johns Hopkins University?s central resource for employee-related data is managed within the Human Resources (HR) function. To ensure effective and efficient HR processes, it is essential that employee data is gathered and maintained accurately. This position will be responsible for identifying a university-wide HR data oversight strategy to identify and resolve data integrity issues and manage data accuracy moving forward, with the support of other HR data and analysis support personnel. In addition, this position will be a key resource in the strategic planning, socialization process and data migration oversight efforts related to the university?s transition from SAP to a new Enterprise Resource Planning system (Workday), targeted for July 2027.
