The HR Systems Analyst acts as a technical resource for HR Systems (from Recruitment through Payroll) ensuring performance and reliability. This role involves troubleshooting user issues, escalating as appropriate, and working with functional experts to define user requirements and identify opportunities for system or process enhancements. The analyst consults users on technology changes impacting work processes and continuously recommends new methods to gain efficiencies within Human Resources.  The HR Systems Analyst reports to the Director of HR Operations.This position is in Stephenville, Texas with work hours of Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm. Position may require work responsibilities outside of normal business hours. Work hours may vary during peak season.
