HR Specialist
Position OverviewThis position in the Office of Advancement performs general human resources (HR) duties as part of a customer service-oriented HR team delivering HR services across a fast-paced organization of over 400 employees. Supports activities such as but not limited to, data reporting, a variety of HR related projects, compensation review/analysis, HR Information System (HRIS) (Workday) management and reporting, recruitment, onboarding/orientation, salary quotes, job offers, performance management, employee communications and engagement, offboarding, basic employee relations and administrative support for the Advancement HR team and other HR teams as needed.
