The HR Information Systems Specialist assists in the administration of HR systems and programs. In addition, the Specialist will recommend strategies for implementing new systems and will provide input into development and modification of HR department workflows and the systems or processes that are being executed. The incumbent provides support to end users throughout the enterprise for HR systems including HRIS, LMS, ATS, Time & Attendance, and Document Management. Maintains daily operations and monitors all HR systems to assure processes are functioning properly and timely.
