Responsible for broad scope of HR-reated actions and processes. Administers and reviews work flows for smooth operations as it relates to the department's administrative functions with emphasis on HR operations for the non-faculty academics and staff groups. This position is responsible for planning, developing, implementing, administering, recruitments, onboarding, renewal, and separation processes in consultation and collaboration with Human Resources (HR) Shared Services.
