Administrative and HR Manager
Responsible for broad scope of HR-reated actions and processes. Administers and reviews work flows for smooth operations as it relates to the department's administrative functions with emphasis on HR operations for the non-faculty academics and staff groups. This position is responsible for planning, developing, implementing, administering, recruitments, onboarding, renewal, and separation processes in consultation and collaboration with Human Resources (HR) Shared Services. Serves as a key administrative and HR resource for faculty and departmental leadership. This position holds responsibility for oversight and coordination of any special HR and Administrative initiatives.
