This position manages all the case management clerical duties for the workers compensation programincluding: referrals, authorizations, no-show follow-ups as well as communication with adjusters,employers and patients. The Coordinator will also make referrals for urgent care and track all referrals.The Coordinator will organize medical surveillance paper work (i.e., physical exam documents) for SanFrancisco City & County referred patients. The Coordinator uses critical thinking skills to addressproblems and will immediately notify the Nurse Manager when a problem exists.
