Talent Acquisition Specialist/HR Generalist
The Talent Acquisition Specialist/HR Generalist is responsible for planning, coordinating, implementing, follow-up and follow-through on all activities pertaining to the recruiting, sourcing, interview, selection, hiring, onboarding, and orientation of new employees in addition to other duties within the Human Resources Department. Duties and Responsibilities: Staffing Planning: Consults with hiring managers to understand the requirements, duties, qualifications desired for vacant positions. Acts as a member of the Staffing Committee. Culture Index: Is the “quarterback” (coordinator) for the Culture Index program and processes. Applicant Pipeline: Works with managers to keep applicant pipeline up-to-date and applicable.
