Human Resources Consultant OpportunityThe Office of Human Resources seeks an experienced HR Consultant to collaborate with leaders and employees within the College of Optometry to support strategic initiatives, ensure delivery of excellent customer service and champion continuous process improvement. The HR Consultant will offer solutions to leaders and employees, execute HR operations and Workday transactions, interpret HR-related reports, lead and implement short- mid- and long-term projects meant to improve retention and recruitment, and the entire employee experience, and support strategic decisions.
