Compensation Strategist I - HR Shared Services
DescriptionSummary:Under direct supervision, assists in developing, implementing, and administering compensation programs. Responsible for strategic market analysis, strategic internal pay structure management, and administration. Evaluates salaried, hourly, middle, and top management positions. Assists in the administration of performance appraisal and salary administration programs, reviewing changes in wages and salaries for conformance to policy. Utilizing INFOR GHR ERP system, evaluate and audit positions and application of existing classifications to individuals, make the necessary periodic updates. Guides managers in making effective pay decisions that support employee engagement and comply with compensation policy and budgetary guideline
