The University of Kansas is seeking an Associate Vice Provost of HR Partnerships to 1) support the implementation and continuous improvement of the HR Partner model at KU, 2) provide ongoing leadership to, and ensure alignment among, the distributed HR Partners, and 3) provide strategies and approaches for the nurturing and development of the network of HR Partners. This position will have a critical role in working with unit leaders to collaboratively recruit, hire, and support HR Partners and ensure consistent levels of HR knowledge, expertise, and service across the University.
