Job Summary The Human Resources (HR) Services Representative will be responsible for:
Ensuring that appropriate documentation is prepared and maintained. Facilitating the scheduling of appointments and completion of forms, and addressing new hires' and managers' concerns
Conducting pre-employment meetings with new hires, collecting and assembling new hire data, and entering new hire data into the appropriate system
Administering workflow of new hires and associated personnel
Acting as subject matter expert to HR Service Center for proper responses to inquiries by phone, in person, or by or email regarding AP and medical staff HR activity
Maintaining AP and employee records and files according to HR records retention policies and practices
Coordinating backup support for front desk operations or telephone support
To qualify, you must have:
Knowledge of theories, principles, and concepts typically acquired through post-high school education such as an Associate's degree is required; Bachelor's degree is preferred
1 year of experience in an office setting; Medical or HR setting, preferred
Experience with data entry and coordinating high-volume administrative processes
Communication skills in order to effectively deal with conflicting views or issues and to mediate fair solutions; well-developed writing skills
