Your Opportunity The Senior Manager, Human Resources is accountable for providing strategic advice and counsel to the assigned business partners on a range of HR matters including talent retention and development, strategic talent acquisition, total rewards, workforce planning, organizational design, strategic initiatives, leadership development, diversity, and inclusion.
