What Is Minimally Required Any combination of education and experience equivalent to graduation from a technical institute or community college in business, human resources, or related field and considerable experience in administrative and office management work especially in human resources.
What Will Distinguish You Preference will be given to candidates who possess the following:
A minimum of 2 years' experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
A minimum of 2 years' experience using HR software and applicant database systems
Ability to identify and implement process improvements for enhanced efficiency
Ability to communicate effectively with employees, both in writing and orally
Ability to think critically and creatively to problem solve
Ability to manage technical tasks with an open, adaptive mind
Ability to collect and analyze data to make data-driven decisions
Ability and desire to work independently with autonomy and in a collaborative, team environment
Ability to work on a variety of tasks and duties while being extremely detail-oriented and organized
