YARC (80%)1. Leads, develops, and implements recruitment and staffing strategies to attract, retain, and engage an effective, committed, and diverse workforce staff that reflect YARC's mission and values. 2. Leads, implements, and collaborates with appropriate personnel in hiring, on-boarding, and off-boarding processes for staff. 3. Understands YARC's labor relations environment; establishes strong relationships with employees, union representatives, Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP), and Labor Relations. 4. Oversees all processing aspects of payroll and compensation. 5. Responsible for all human resource, personnel, and payroll compliance and documentation, as outlined in Yale's and YARC's monthly and quarterly financial checklists, and in accordance with Yale and YARC's policies and procedures. Develops and maintains tracking processes related to human resources, personnel, and payroll. Compiles and completes industry and national surveys. 6. Creates and maintains YARC's labor budget. Develops and prepares budgets, financial forecasts, and financial analyses and the actual vs. budgeted performance reports. Creates documentation and slides for meetings led by and/or attended by senior YARC leadership. 7. Creates, reviews, and updates new and existing position descriptions. 8. Oversees performance management and performance review process ensuring training and/or guidance in the areas of providing ongoing feedback, conducting formal reviews, and documentation. 9. Works with HRBP and guides managers and staff through job evaluations and employee audit process. 10. Other duties as assigned.CMED (20%) 1. Updates/maintains financial models. 2. Reviews transactions and financial activity to ensure compliance with internal and external policies and procedures. 3. Participates in ensuring compliance on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis for department unique activities. 4. Other duties as assigned by Lead Administrator for CMED.
