Job Summary: This position ensures efficient human resources processes across the College in collaboration with the Manager of Business Services & Operations and the Associate Dean. This position will provide HR processes and policies support to the CONHI's Business Services & Operations team and the 3 academic departments and operating units to ensure HR operations are organized, systematic, efficient, and follow university guidelines. Coordinating, tracking, and managing HR functions, including all faculty applicant packets, approvals, and processing (T/TT and NTT), creating, and tracking of HR reports, reviewing, and updating internal processes to ensure consistent alignment with university policies.
