Basic Function: The Director of Human Resources provides leadership and guidance for the University and its employees regarding human resource matters by managing a comprehensive human resource program including benefits administration, employment relations, orientation and training, Title IX, compliance to state and federal employment law requirements, health and wellness promotion, employee recognition, performance management and job evaluation, human resource information systems and records management.
