Job Duties: This position will work in the Benefits Unit of Human Resources.This position will assist with completing retirement estimates for State Retirement, processing retirement paperwork for Optional Retirement and responding to questions regarding the retirement process and retirement incentive program. Knowledge of State Retirement is helpful but not required.This position will assist with Optional Retirement Plan (ORP) audit by working with employees to obtain missing documentation.Process prior state service requests for new hires and for employees leaving ECU. Will reach out to other agencies to request or provide prior service information including leave balances, service
