Job Duties: This position will serve as a subject matter expert regarding Federal, State, and University policies regarding student employment. The position will apply these policies to determine the appropriate course of action for the posting of student positions, the recruitment and selection process (to include determining eligibility based upon current academic standing) and the Federal Form I9. The position will independently determine the most appropriate action within procedural and operational guidelines as it relates to student employment with minimal oversight.
