Position Summary: The Executive Director of Human Resources is a senior professional resource for the Tribal Council and Administrative management team. This position administers all facets of the Human Resources Department for the purpose of ensuring quality Human Resource management, effective and efficient delivery of personnel services and increased Tribal employment for the Tribal Administrative Government, and Tribal community.
