HR Performance Analyst uses advanced professional HR concepts to provide guidance to all levels within the organization, utilizing specialized human resources, lean, and performance measurement expertise within area of responsibility to resolve highly complex issues. Scope to include facilitation of intra and inter human resources teams for complex case root cause analysis. Draft and monitor key performance indicators (SPA, SLA, and IOMs) to monitor performance of HR teams relative target performance outcomes.
