Your Responsibilities
Lockton Re is building their People team, looking for a generalist with a recruitment focus to support their growing business. This role will be responsible for a full range of Human Resources activities reporting to the Head of Human Resources with an emphasis on early talent.
What You will Do:
Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships and retention.
Lead entry level and internship recruitment including campus relationships, scheduling, and systems (Taleo)
Oversee our internship programs and support early career development programs.
Lead onboarding activities for new associates including I9s and new hire setups.
Conduct training on HR 101, performance management and coaching.
Conducts phone interviews, office interviews, and skills testing as needed.
Assists with establishing and executing interview days as needed.
Qualifications
Who You are:
· A minimum of 2 years’ experience of successfully working in a Human Resources department with prior experience in recruitment a plus. · Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines · Bachelor's degree preferred. · Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. · Intellectually curious, seeking to know the why behind things. · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. · Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Taleo and Peoplesoft Experience a plus. · Must be available for travel and work in office on a hybrid schedule. · Legally able to work in the United States.
