Provides administrative support to Human Resources EVP and VP and teams. Requires thorough knowledge of company operations, policies, and procedures. Handles details of a highly confidential and critical nature. Strong multi-tasking, analytical thinking and organizational skills in a fast-paced work environment. Strong working knowledge of computers and technology with the ability to learn quickly. Flexible with the ability to reprioritize tasks quickly when needed.
Providing specialized administrative support to relieve and assist executives of complex details and advanced administrative duties.
Coordinating activities between departments and outside parties.
Assisting executives to communicate regularly inside and outside the organization by using the appropriate media and timing
Supporting general project management duties.
Proactively and skillfully maintain and manage executive's calendar to optimize time and efficiency
Heavy travel management (potential international). Coordinate all travel arrangements in a timely and cost-effective manner following policy guidelines (hotels/restaurants/airfare/etc.)
Expense report management / finance coordination
Actively participate in the organization and preparation of meetings (i.e., logistic, room setup, required materials, refreshment needs)
Recording/reporting meeting minutes and attendance as needed
Monitoring performance and tracking progress on action items
Participate in leader onboarding for instruction on systems and processes
6+ years advanced administrative support experience working with senior level executives
Fortune 500 experience highly preferred
Based in either DFW, Columbus or Atlanta preferred
Healthcare industry experience a plus
Proficient in the use of Concur Expense
Domestic and International travel experience needed - Visa's
High level of comfort with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Power Point and Word
Action oriented: Strong multi-tasking, analytical thinking and organizational skills in a fast paced work environment
Strong collaboration skills within and outside team
Professional and interpersonal skills
Ability to interact in a variety of situations and people, sometimes under high pressure
Excellent communication/collaboration skills

Experience with travel industry. Understanding airline, hotel and rental car policies, etc.
