Position Description:
Provides administrative support to Human Resources EVP and VP and teams. Requires thorough knowledge of company operations, policies, and procedures. Handles details of a highly confidential and critical nature. Strong multi-tasking, analytical thinking and organizational skills in a fast-paced work environment. Strong working knowledge of computers and technology with the ability to learn quickly. Flexible with the ability to reprioritize tasks quickly when needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing specialized administrative support to relieve and assist executives of complex details and advanced administrative duties.
- Coordinating activities between departments and outside parties.
- Assisting executives to communicate regularly inside and outside the organization by using the appropriate media and timing
- Supporting general project management duties.
- Proactively and skillfully maintain and manage executive's calendar to optimize time and efficiency
- Heavy travel management (potential international). Coordinate all travel arrangements in a timely and cost-effective manner following policy guidelines (hotels/restaurants/airfare/etc.)
- Expense report management / finance coordination
- Actively participate in the organization and preparation of meetings (i.e., logistic, room setup, required materials, refreshment needs)
- Recording/reporting meeting minutes and attendance as needed
- Monitoring performance and tracking progress on action items
- Participate in leader onboarding for instruction on systems and processes
Minimum Requirements
- 6+ years advanced administrative support experience working with senior level executives
- Fortune 500 experience highly preferred
- Based in either DFW, Columbus or Atlanta preferred
- Healthcare industry experience a plus
- Proficient in the use of Concur Expense
- Domestic and International travel experience needed - Visa's
- High level of comfort with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Power Point and Word
- Demonstrated project management experience/Event Planning

Education
- Bachelor's degree in business or related discipline, or equivalent experience preferred

In addition to base pay, other compensation, such as an annual bonus or long-term incentive opportunities may be offered.

$30.62 - $51.03
