Continental Properties is looking for a Human Resources Intern for Fall 2023 to join our HR Team at our home office in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin.
This internship provides a great opportunity to gain exposure to several areas of HR, including Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Onboarding, Payroll, Benefits, and other avenues.
Be an important part of the Human Resources team, supporting the full employee life cycle
Support Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, and Compensation/Benefit activities
Support projects to enhance our candidate, employee, and internal team experience
Process expense reports and arrange travel for HR team and candidates
Additional responsibilities as assigned
Skills for Success:
Pursuing College Degree - preferably in Human Resources or related
