Applications are being sought for an Assistant/Associate Professor in Human Resources Management commencing August 2024. The teaching expectations will be to teach courses in human resource management and potentially business communications, organizational behavior, and/or principles of management.
The successful candidate will have demonstrated capability for high-impact scholarly research and excellent teaching human resources in an environment where collaboration and collegiality are valued. Service to the department, college, university, and profession is expected. Business and related experience, applied research, and grant/fundraising capabilities are valuable assets.
Job Requirements:
Candidates must have a completed Ph.D. or nearly completed Ph.D. degree from an AACSB accredited institution in management or a related field.
Candidates must also demonstrate evidence of:
- Teaching effectiveness in the field of human resources - A strong research record or high potential for research productivity - Willingness and ability to develop and sustain partnerships with industry - Excellent communication skills
