Training and Organizational Change Manager
Job Summary: Jefferson County, AL is looking for a well-qualified and motivated Training and Organizational Change Manager to lead a team of professionals to drive change related to systems and processes throughout the County. The Training and Organizational Manager will evaluate the current state of the organization, determine what needs to be changed, and enable leaders and key stakeholders to adequately understand and support change initiatives.
