The Senior Specialist Organizational Design position is a part of our Human Resources organizational design and change management team. This position partners with campus partners to review and assess unit organizational structures, systems, and processes for effectiveness and efficiencies that support the institutional and unit strategic vision. This position provides guidance to unit leaders related to HR related interventions and change management initiatives, as well as, supports the campus community and stakeholders with transparent change management plans and communications.
