Position Summary: Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey is seeking a HR Staff Associate. This position reports to the Assistant Vice President of Workplace Culture. The HR Staff Associate provides administrative support as well as a full range of complex and sensitive administrative functions for the staff of the Office of Workplace Culture.Among the key duties of the position are the following:Provides high level administrative support to a team of professionals, including backup for the Senior Vice President of UHR's Executive Assistant.Performs a wide range of sensitive professional staff support functions while exhibiting tact and professionalism.Manages the daily operation of the office and any duties assigned.
